Our founders have deep roots in Puerto Rico, where brisas marinas (sea breezes) represent relief, clarity, and movement in the right direction. That’s exactly what we aim to bring to every client partnership:

Ben Stilwell-Hernandez – Co-Founder & Lead Strategist
Ben has been leading teams, mentoring leaders, and helping people grow for over two decades. With a background in ministry, communications, and coaching, he understands people as much as he understands systems.
When he saw how many contractors and local businesses were being taken advantage of by overpriced or underperforming marketers, he knew it was time to build something better. That’s Brisas.
Ben lives in Largo, FL with his wife and kids. He’s passionate about helping business owners succeed without losing what matters most.
